Depressed

Hi I'm glad I found this site. Hoping we can help each other by sharing and educating each other to a better quality of life. I 58 yo had to take early retirement due toy conditions and miss working. I've been diagnosed with clinical depression, bipolar, OCD, SAD, insomnia for 30 yrs now. Winter is always.my worst months and holidays as I am always alone. It's nice to have some le yourselves to talk to and feeling like I'm alone. I camp fulltime withy loving kitty. I'm solo and it's fun and lonely at times. I look forward to meeting you.

I was disabled at the age of 59. I was thrilled to never have to work again. But in the last couple of years I realized that for me, real happiness could only be attained by overcoming my handicap and returning to work! I didn't think that it was possible, but I was so desperate that I started to study the situation, discovered Neuroplasticity, and actively worked every day on getting better. I am returning to College in the spring for a couple months, them I will be returning to work ! Sure it will be harder for me than it used to be, but it will also be a Lot more rewarding. I hope I can be an inspiration to you!
