Hi Starr, very true. How are you doing?
Woke up with a lot of anxiety. Adrenaline maybe cortisol rushes through my body. Maybe I can find a way to change how it makes me feel, it’s kind of warm throughout my legs which can be felt as something good but then it also makes me restless feeling like I have to jump up to do something.
I’m so tired of this.

I'm here. Cried this morning but now I'm determined to have a good day. It's cold, windy and snow covered outside so maybe I'll head to town and get into something.
I've had two yrs of cortisol overload and the effects are never good.
Maybe you can get into something relaxing today to lower the cortisol. Reading, some art. What sounds interesting today for you?
Sometimes a good cry releases heaviness don’t you think? It’s good that you are taking a sad time and planning turning it around, that’s awesome. I am trying to change my day for the better too. I might go for a run. I think I’ll also watch a series Im into.
