Breakthrough pain

It hurts.

The shards from life’s most recent lessons still protrude from my skin.

The unwelcomed breakthrough.

Yet I am thankful and can bare this awful pain.

Tomorrow is a new day.

Emerging as new.

Yes tomorrow is a new day, if you can learn to let go of yesterday, it is in the past, leave it there, today is Now, live in the moment, I do and it makes life so much easier, we will deal with tomorrow when it gets here. So go ahead, do Not worry, enjoy life, yes there will be hard and painful times, but if we are wise we will learn from them and grow. Life is a journey .Go ahead and have fun, life is meant to be enjoyed, so live and grow. I send you courage, strength, peace, love and Big Hugs.....
