I am so overwhelmed. I've spent days in bed , I feel so sick from going off my meds. I can't eat and I'm so weak. Anyone know of relief from withdrawal from 200mg Zoloft?

I hope you weaned off the med?

Drink plenty of fluid, exercise, get rest. Those are the things that help me when I'm coming off a Med.

Starting and stopping is not good. You will never get the full benefits of the drug in you stop and start over again.

How long have you been off it. Is your md aware of your doing this?

That drug was very hard for me to get off of honestly. One of the harder ones & resperidone I’m suffering terribly from that one I wish I never took that crap. Zoloft was better. I drank tons of water vitamins c and lots veggies all the time antioxidants and watching aquarium music on YouTube because my skin was crawling and my mind it took me 3 months of just keeping life simple and flexible no long dedication to anyone or anything but work and I slacked at work where I could autopilot

That was the worst one for me to get off of. How long have you been taking it? You may experience dizzy spells, I did. It’s a withdrawal symptom. That’s when you know your body is truly addicted, when you have physical affects from stopping. Drink lots of water, vitamin c to support your immune system. Get outside in the sun and fresh air. If you have a dog, invest time with your pet. Talk to a friend/family who you know will be supportive. These pills, they’re chemicals we’re putting into our body and they are not all as beneficial as some might tell us. Not everyone understands this...Don’t use alcohol. Don’t drive if you’re having dizzy spells. This is a dangerous drug to stop suddenly, I hope you weaned. Do something to get out of your own head if you’re suffering. Read a book, go for a walk outside/in public. Exercise: all good ideas.
