Has anyone else experienced brain zaps???

I've been taking Viibryd. I started with the 10, then 20, then the other day my doctor put me on 40. i had sample packs. i had been having a very good but busy holiday shopping day and then my head started to act funny. i usually take my pill around lunch time so 2 or 3 but i forgot it at aroind 10 that night. since then I've had these brain zaps that sounds like a cracking whip in my ears then i fetal position real quick and grab my head. i hate it. i cant even sneeze without triggering one. I'm terrified cause all i had left today was a 10 mg from the sample pack. its filled at my pharmacy but it is sams club and they open later, close earlier and are off on sundays unlike most other pharmacies. i get new pills tomorrow but I'm so terrified of this getting worse before morning. im tired and just want to sleep.

I've had those but they never lasted for long periods of time. Just intermittent and typically when coming off a Med.

It will be Christmas tomorrow, so will you be able to get your prescription ?

What you could try is to contact your GP and ask them if these side affects are caused by the medication. You could also visit a chemist however they may also close early this evening, the chemist will know what the side affects of this medication is

If you cannot contact your GP on Christmas Day you could try A and E or call NHS Information , Tel 111 they will advice on out of hours
