Just curious...when did you first realize that you were bi-polar? Did you have a realization from a specific instance? Or did you not know what was going on and was diagnosed as such by a doctor? I ask because at 57, I've had my first experience that makes me realize that I will most likely be diagnosed as bi-polar. Which is even more interesting in that I'm active on another board as a prostate cancer patient. Sometimes these two issues seems to be entwined.
