Yes, life is a struggle, the other side of the coin is: there is love, sunshine, all of nature, joy, fresh air, a walk in the open. At least one good friend. We can go to therapy which there was little of 100 years ago. I try to think of all I am grateful for each day, when I am in deep depression that is hard to do, but I know it will end. So believe in yourself, love yourself, find fun thing you like to do and do them, get plenty of rest and sound sleep, watch a fun DVD it will take you out of your mind for an hour or two. Be glad you were not born in the middle east, women have little or no rights. Take a drive, buy yourself something nice not expensive but refreshing. Do you have a dog, take it for a walk. I have two cats and they bring joy into my life. All I can think of for now, Sending You love, strength, peace, happyness and big hugs. Sprinkle 1......
