I’m depressed so my thinking is that others are too and it would be helpful to us to pick out a moment that made us smile or laugh or brought hope or peace.
Being goofy with my kids waiting in the doctors office...We spent two hours there but my kids made it seem not as long.
I took both my dogs to town today and enjoyed lunch on an outside patio. I also talked to a good friend. And third I sold two things this week that needed to go and i have four left to go. Overall it was a good day except for the humidity from the remnants of the hurricane 🌀. Ugh the stickiness. Ick!! Lol. Better than 30°.
Aww start that sounds like a fun moment with your kiddos. My highlight was going to Trader Joe’s without my kids!! I haven’t been to TJ in a while so it was fun
Well panic attacks for me the whole day but other than that my dogs keeping me happy.
The highlight of my day? -Eating peanut m&ms. Yeah-that's how bad it's gotten.😔

Hi Starrlight, sorry to hear you're down. My day wasn't the greatest. But I keep on going. My highlight??? I was listening to some dark songs from Kelly Clarksons album My December. They're serious songs but it helped process my sad feelings and emotions. Maybe a song that might cheer you up? I drove back from my Welsh cottage. It is usually a 5 hour drive but it took 8 hours due to traffic so I was exhausted.
My best moment was arriving home and seeing Pete there waiting for me .
