Something to think about

The hope is really our sense of our capacity. It’s the confidence that comes from being tested and passing that test. It’s knowing that we really can wrestle with the toughest stuff that life can throw at us. Pandemics, the whiplash of the market, extreme weather events, political unrest, personal disasters, tragedy, heartbreak. We’ve been through it. We’re still here. We’ve suffered and that suffering has produced character, character that gives us hope, gives us faith, gives us strength.

And even with all that life throws at anyone, we have an additional strength that the average Joe without mental challenges may not have...we have to endure and survive even more, and most of us never seem to realize how much stronger we are because of that. We are not less than...we are more...we are survivors.

but sometimes I want more than survival. but I also understand the importance of how....some days.....the only goal is to survive that day and go to the next one...appreciate you and all others who help me survive the day

I believe that drive, is wanting to find your passion in life....mine is art, science, and learning in general....art is my Zen space in my head when I'm doing my artwork. It takes me to a calm and creative space that makes me happy. I'm always still learning too, and that's another passion of mine. Knowing how things work, and what their history is, and meaning, and philosophy. I find self-expression and knowledge is what helps to round me out personally as me being me. It keeps my neurons growing and firing...creating new pathways for new information... I have to fight off my brain being consumed by brain fog and memory loss from Long Covid.

I totally understand brain fog.....although mine is on a completely different spectrum....I need to just start taking time in the day to do things that will help me stay grounded....

That's right 🐢

You want to have more than just work. It's very important for you due to the high stress of your job.

Spring will be here soon. Do you like to do things outside?

Thank you so much for that reminder! It’s the mindset of, “Bring it…!”

I've had to have that mindset a lot lately. As long as I am blessed with a 'wake up' I can handle anything
