Ugh I haven’t been on here in a while, and I feel bad cause there are some people I never replied to who were super supportive and helpful. Just know that I appreciate you.
Also, I feel like I’ve gotten nowhere. I am not changing things that are causing me to be extremely depressed, and then being that depressed makes it even harder to change things.
I don’t have a job, I live at home with my family (toxic environment), I’m so sad about some friendship stuff, I feel so alone. I smoke way too much weed to try to get through each day.
Someone please help me.

Can you change something that has absolutely nothing to do with your depressive state? It might seem completely innocuous but it creates a ripple in the pond that will eventually change everything.
hi don't worry about it come on whenever you feel the need to get some support and offer some back in your own time.the weed no doubt plays a big part as to why things aren't changing a gradual cut back and then quitting is the way to go for you.weed had a hold of me for a few years and I just stood still but was able to quit without any help.why don't you volunteer meet new friends build up some confidence and learn new skills its a great way into employment and your benefiting the community as well.
I'm sorry you are going thru tough times. No one can help you tho in this, it is self discipline which is what we make ourselves do when we don't feel like it. We are a product of our choices, but then there is also grace. Grace is forgiving, and you do need to forgive self for past errors, or they disable you from moving on. Remember, grace isn't earned, it is a gift, that has nothing to do with being good enough or not good enough. Let go, and be who you want to be, do the work, and forgive when you fail, then move on. That's all any of us can do. Also, take care of you. Take a good multi vitamin to give your mind and body what it needs to do and be. Blessings to you, sweetie. =) Don't forget, too, there is much healing in laughter, so watch something funny, laugh out loud, truly. Then get up and do. Give your self small goals, with timers, then reward yourself.
Thank you all so so much. I really appreciate what you’ve all said. It’s nice to know that I have somewhere I can vent and people exist that will care and respond!! So nice.
