I’m here. I’m awake. Have you tried some focused breathing? I cN sometimes take my thoughts to my body and focus only on each new breath.
I never got around to learning coping techniques like breathing in therapy. I just know I feel awful and can not sleep. I am so tired.
I found focused breathing or guided meditations on you tube. It helps me to just look at one object and keep bringing my thinking back to my breaths and how the feel as they enter and exit my body. You will think about other things, when you do, just remind yourself that air is coming in and going out. It can help to count the time it takes for your lungs to fill and then to empty. I hope you are feeling better.
