Very worried and anxious

Coming to end of week 7 of 100mg sertraline went back to school Tuesday now half term had reasonable 6-7 days but this afternoon had anxiety and panic suddenly around 1.30 this afternoon now getting worried as I am due to go to meet and greet with a friend to see boyzone on Monday. Really looking forward to it but worried that my anxiety will take over again especially as I have had a good last week

Hi, I am on the same mg of sertraline too! it does take some time for your body to get used to it and it’s helped me but it’s different for everyone! don’t let your anxieties tell you lies, if you need to listen to music on your way there on monday, some happy music will do 🎶

also if needed you could always take bathroom breaks when you’re anxious just to pull yourself back together and do some breathing exercises let us know how it goes!!!
