So in my journey to feel better and get a handle on depression, I came across an app called Moodpath. I’ve only been using it 10 days, but it’s a nice way to journal your thoughts throughout the day. Supposedly, you get an analysis of your mood every 2 weeks. It’s been helping keep track of how I feel especially as I change antidepressants lately. Sometimes you just don’t know what triggered a particular emotion, side effect or meltdown. The app is free. There are extra features if you want to pay for them.

Also, I downloaded a free kindle book called THe No Bullshit Guide to Depression. Makes me feel like less of an outcast especially since the person who wrote it also battles depression.

If you guys have any books, apps, ideas, food... whatever that have worked for you, please share. We are all in this together!
