I have a rheumatologist appt coming up soon. I tested positive for my auto immune disease test. I was wondering what I should expect? How long does it take to be diagnosed with something, and what are the chances you usually have something?
Never been to one before .. I guess this could be why I feel sick all the time. Currently nauseous with joint pain so bad. Feels like I have the flu but without the flu. Just the bone aches

Never take the herb Rhodiola as it stimulates the immune system I took it and I exploded with eczema
You need to calm down.your immune system, you will probably be prescribed steroids
