Pvcs while laying down

Any one else gets those hard kick in the chest heart palpitation while laying down relaxing??? Man it almost makes me jump out of bed. It’s one big hard thud!

Yup! Sometimes I’ll get a run of PVCs, sometimes it’ll be just one. A couple weeks back I couldn’t lay down without getting heart palpitations. They are almost always benign. 💜

Yep absolutely. If you don't have history of heart problems ( by your age I would say you almost 40 which means you are young it is rarely physical) it is definetely harmless and most of the times caused by anxiety/depression, dark thoughts, etc. (
