Hi everyone. It's Friday evening in the USA. I want to send positive vibes your way and wish you all a calm and peaceful future. It's been almost two years since my panic started. It has gotten better but still lingers. The most important lesson I've learned about my anxiety and depression is, "don't believe or trust your feelings." It may be uncomfortable at first but helps shape my recovery. Have a great weekend!

Sending Peace and Calm!
Thank you. I think itโs wise advice about not believing or trusting your feelings. How many times have we looked back and realized how wrong we were to fall into the trap of negative thoughts and feelings?
Hi Titan, just love seeing a positive post. It sounds like you are on the right path.
Have an amazing weekend. Enjoy the season. xx
The "don't trust your feelings" advice is something I definitely needed this week. I thought the executive I work with was angry at me for not doing my job, but it was all in my head. What I was thinking didn't even cross her mind.
Guilty! Haha. It was a difficult lesson for me to conquer. I finally stopped worrying what others thought of me or what I thought their impression of me was. It's amazing how our minds wander.
That is awesome!!!
Positive vibes right back at ya ! ๐ป๐ป
