You are not alone. You cannot give up! Sometimes it feels like things will never get better and like there is no hope, but that is not true! There are people who would miss you dearly. Keep living if not for yourself, then for those who love you. It will come in time, it will get better, you just have to keep going, and try to find the little things in life that make you want to KEEP GOING!

I know but when you have suffered trauma and have tried multiple anti depressants and alternative measures, can’t sleep at night, seen multiple professionals and can barely get out of bed in the morning...it’s time to give up.

Every day is a struggle. I have hurt people I love and that is the hardest thing to accept. Some days are better than others but it’s very difficult to live this way.
