No caffeine. Reduced sugar.
Reduce screen time especially before rest.
Gentle exercise. Walk, swim, yoga.
A quiet hobby.
My daughter takes all the pictures off her walls. She doesn’t watch tv or listen to the radio when it gets bad. Quiet your surroundings; quiet your mind.
