I'm new to this and I'm just trying a different approach..? Outlet? I can't ever find the words I want to use anymore. I've had anxiety appear since I became an adult. I was in a terrible relationship where I had lost myself. I found me for a while. But then overtime, I've been losing myself again to family, finances, career, and lack of living my best life. I hit a weird time of life a couple weeks back. Symptoms seemed depression like, but it didn't make sense for me. Like it just couldn't be possible. But a couple days ago, when I thought I was feeling better ( well not faking smiles at least ) I just...fell.. like wall climbing and you get half way up and just slip and fall, but you never hit the ground. You just stay falling. I see a professional next week, but I didn't know what to do to survive the next few days. This is my first shift back to work since I've gotten worse. How do you cope through your day of work?

How?
Not easily, heh. I just take it slow. I work remotely as a software engineer, and it's so hard to be alone on days like today. So just work as slowly as you need to.
Work is what keeps me alive. I hope you find a way. I’ll be cheering for you.
Hello,
I am so sorry to hear of the way that you have been feeling. I am glad that you are going to be seeing a professional in the week ahead and hope that they are able to help you.
One of the ways that I made it through work was to sing, hum, and/or pray on the way to see patients. Depending on where you work, it may be possible to walk on your lunch or get some other form of exercise. Let me know if you would like additional resources. You can get through this.
Hi Welcome to the site. 💜💗
You are in a great place for advice and support.
I suggest taking it easy. Try not to be too hard on yourself when you go back to work. I hope you get to feeling better. I'm happy to hear that you are getting into treatment. That should help you. Take care 💗💜
