Why I get anxiety when iam at work ? Feeling dizzy ,breath shortness, feeling terrified when I walk out I feel better. Who else suffer?

I work at a trauma hospital so I definitely get triggered with anxiety quite often. You are not alone

4 things you can touch

3 things you can smell

2 things you can hear

1 thing you can taste

This helps me quite a bit. I use it in big groups too.

I try and either walk out into the fresh air if possible or I close my eyes and count backwards from 100 and take some deep breaths. This helps for a bit ,sometimes enough to let you refocus and get back to work. This normally happens in the morning for me.

It is tough but we all deal with it so keep on working at it Mike- can not say it will go away but it might get more manageable.
