This whole week im getting severe shortness of breath where i feel like im going to faint and i cant get a comfortable inhale , im always gasping for air doing the smallest activity
And im also dizzy all the time , i thought it could be an ear infection and fluid buildup which i had a couple time at the beginning of the year but my health anxiety is rising , especially since i spent many days of this year basically months of this year , getting untreated panic attacks and severe anxiety

Im going after tomorrow , i have been to a couple doctors this year and late last year, they all say its nothing And is probably due to anxiety or stress, im 18 and im not obese nor a smoker etc.. so im not sure if there are any risk factors but im still a bit worried
pmr looks good - keep in mind there is not 1 cure-all for the anxiety you are experiencing. Exercise is just one way to improve your ability to handle it.
