Awww 🥰 love you 😘 I keep deep breathing and it keeps making me yawn. I’ve had a day. This is a perfect way to switch over from my negativity to allowing myself to relax.
Learned about that breathing teqnique in lung school ....deep breathing is no good for stress ....sloww.nasal breathing is the future 👃...😁 ...the teacher said try it by taping your mouth shut 😳.....re train the brain ....get the diaphragm to relax

😁pinkie promise mel it retrains the brain and relaxes the diaphragm slowwwwwww nasal controlled breathing ,deep breathing is the opposite of what you need hence a brown paper bag for panic attacks....so you just breathe carbon dioxide in...and stop hyperventilating 😅I wouldn’t joke about something serious

I agree. I forgot to be myself for a long, long time. But, lately I've been able to be myself more. I sure have felt a lot better too! Sometimes your physical health can drag your mental health down too. So, remember to get some exercise, sunshine, stay hydrated and eat good, nutritious food. Associate with some people you do like. (Form a 'No Witches Allowed' club(lol)). I'll add some extra prayers for you too, my awesome friend!

Hi Hope. Great message... my therapy homework is actually to do 3 minutes of a breathing/grounding exercise daily. It helps... so easy to forget to do... so thanks for reminder.

I don’t know anymore. Just got some bad news this morning and at this point, who cares?!?! My advice: life is too short for the dumb stuff and what do you ask is the dumb stuff?.,it is anything that causes you: pain, grief, anxiety, etc. Thank you all for the support but it is too hard right now to focus on anything but taking care of me. 🇺🇸

I think thats when we say to your brain “trust” maybe this would help... if you believe it you will feel better and really if we can’t do anything we must try to let go of controlling that we do, I do it, it’s tough, best to us! ❤️

Today is another painful yet proud day for me. I have PTSD and I am struggling just what day it is and all the feelings that come with it. I am seeking grief counseling from a pro because I know I cannot handle all the emotions that have come up. I do thank all of you for the kind words of advice.
