Any good stories about sertraline

Would like to hear about any good things about taking sertraline, whether it works and the best dosage

It isn't possible to tell you this as we are all different and what helps some won't others. The same with the dose too. I take 150 mgs sertraline which helps me but it was the 3rd one I tried so much of it is trial and error. Sertraline is commonly prescribed so I presume it must help some people. x

Well I have been on sertraline for several years. I find it helps really well as a long term anxiety suppressant, the dose has changed a couple of times over the years but that is only fine tuning. Of course different strokes for different folks.
