I'm new here! Trying to figure out the best meds and lifestyle to treat psychotic depression.

Welcome to the group. When I admitted I needed help for my Depression/Anxiety Disorder I sought out professionals. There’s no way I could figure it out on my own. The support I get from this site is understanding, compassion, a place to share how I’m feeling, validation and acceptance. I don’t have to be alone with my struggles and victories. Hi welcome to this wonderful site. Ive been on here for over a year and it truly has helped me gain support that i dont really have. As for meds check with your Dr tell them everything your worries, hesistations and tgey can help you. Im 35 but i have been on meds since i was 13. I feel like finally im getting where i need to be mentally. Not perfect but making progress. Give yourself a big hug for reaching out on here.
