My anxiety is super high

Probably for a mix of things, my girls starting school this week, how they will go, my husband being stressed out which lead to angry scary outbursts, the stuff I have to work on like taxes and work and personal family stuff like will for my uncle, probate my aunts estate. I have no friends, acquaintances yes but people I can talk to about this kind of stuff who actually listen ... I just want to be able to sleep. Being tired and sluggish all day doesn’t help. I’m suddenly able to go to sleep and I can’t. My anxiety medicine isn’t helping tonight
