I decided to try self-hypnosis audios to deal with my obsessive thoughts. I chose Hypnosis Downloads, and the speaker on the audio I bought is Roger Elliot. (He has a soothing voice and a beautiful Scots accent!)
Has anybody ever tried self-hypnosis? If so, what was your experience like?
Kat63, I use it everyday. Years ago I started with a hypnotherapist and have continued
doing it on my own through YouTube and Tapes that she gave me. I'm going to look up
Roger Elliott and see if he might be on YouTube. Thank you for your input. Good Luck
in using self hypnosis. It may not work for everyone but when it does, it's a great outlet
to stress and obsessive thoughts. xx
