Same. I can barely function to go to work these days.
Have you looked into Claire Weekes for the anxiety. She has some good things to offer about the subject. Some of her books are on YouTube. They helped me out in some hard times. Anxiety is really hard. I’m sorry you are suffering and I wish the best for you.
