Hello. I've been feeling unreal for almost three years now and I am scared that this feeling might never go away. I can't even remember what it means to exist. Has anyone else had the same problems?

Yeah it's been over year for me now, gotten used to it now
I haven't had it as a problem for long amounts of time but it surfaces for a couple weeks and then I somehow get relief, however I'm experiencing it right now too. It is detachment. It can come from anxiety or from certain medications. No matter where I go or what I'm doing it feels like I am watching TV instead of being present. Only someone who has had it knows how uncomfortable and unsettling it is. I hope you find the cause and that you find sufficient help. But you're not alone and it is common. Or atleast that's what it sounds like to me, sorry if I am not getting what you meant.
