Hi, i have anxiety, i have trouble with taking my meds, i check the pills to find the perfect pill even though they are the same. My counselor suggests i put them in a container, im still checking them. Plus i have health anxiety too. Small things trigger my anxiety. Im on zoloft 50mg. Does anyone have any advice?
