World closing in on me

I am so anxious that I almost just fainted. I feel that everything is closing in on me and I'm crawling out of my skin. I took clonazepam today. I feel that I'm going crazy any advice?

If you’re ever right in the middle of anxiety, try taking a few deep breaths, SLOWLY.

Somebody else here taught me that, and it really does work.

Sorry to hear you are so anxious. I have felt that way many times. I know your pain of wanting to give up too.

I hope that you do find more reasons to want to live, to make life worth living. That is the goal, keep thinking about what you 'like' in life, not just favorite food or color, but any and everything until it gets to be something worth pursuing... and you find your courage to overcome this anxiety as well.
