i need help. my family doesn't include me in any way. i hate them. they made me think of killing myself. my mother wishes i were dead. i am all alone. there is no single person in the world who is standing with me or for me. i have been in depression since a year now. smoking helps me but i am out of money, weed and even cigarettes.

For me I have come to see that "family" is who we choose to include in our lives. Not those designated by birth. We have the right to surround ourselves with supportive, caring people. Those who bring positivity to us and who we can share our challenges. People who cut us down carry negativity within them. That is an issue for them to deal with. We don't have to allow that in our lives. People here support each other. We all have struggles and lean on each other. You are too important to the world. Find someone who can help you. I have three doctors working on anxiety and depression with me. It is a process. Things will get better. ❤ Sending much love and comfort to you. ❤
