My world is crashing down around me

Thank you all for your kind support a couple weeks ago. I find myself turning here for support again. So much is going on. My sister is in the psych unit on suicide watch. They found a growth in my moms lung. My aunt in law has covid. And I still struggle with my own mental health. Any suggestions?

So sorry u are going through so much. That hard sending you hugs and prayers I've come to learn breathing in and out excuses helps me when I started feeling everything out of control around me. Plus listening to music and singing as loud as I can. Christian music. Pray the storm around u 🛑 stop. Calm in his name

It's a wonder that life throws so much at us all at once sometimes. I'm sorry about your sister but hopefully she is where she needs to be right now to get help. Also with your mum , this must be really tough but whatever it is it's been found and that she can get treatment and get better. Here's hoping you aunt in law will be be like millions of others and recover soon with no long term effects 🤞hang in there 💛
