Hello my fellow people, does any one have any exercises that they know that they could tell me about, I’m trying to build my body up instead of tearing it down, so if you know of any, please tell me. Greatly appreciated❤️

hi I love hillwalking or fast walks but swimming and cycling are really good as well.sometimes when at home I do basic things just to get the body moving.

I use an app that has workout videos I can follow. I like it because it keeps me motivated to see how to do the exercise. It’s called studio tone it up.

I run and skate (my sons all skateboard so...) do some strength training sometimes yoga. I think on days when you feel like moving around but nothing too strenuous yoga poses are great, if you want those endorphins running is great.

Kenstet1 had some great ideas. You should try them if you can. Mind and body work together and help each other. Exercise would help mentally.

Maby you have access to YouTube.

Streaching and balance are important parts of fitness too. Even balance on one foot as long as you can.

There is such a thing as bed exercise (exercise you can do in bed). Good to do if you can not sleep or just to get in better shape, and you have more control because you do not have to go anywhere, not even outside. Do a search. The key to success is consistency. If you can not bring yourself to exercise, just commit yourself to do one or two. Usually that will start you. Hope you start, because it will help your mind like medicine.

You need to be sure you are healthy enough for exercise, and start out gradually. If you hurt yourself, it will be a setback.
