Why do I suddenly get bruise without knowing anything? Just woke up and saw bruises.
Did you bang that?
When was your last INR
Just yesterday 2.2. Pain a bit when I press it.
Wow that's strange. That's a pretty good size bruise for no reason. Keep an eye on it that it's not growing in size
I had it before as well, it just goes away on its own but I don’t know the cause of it . Maybe due to I’m ok blood thinner, because can get bruises easily! I might have done something with my daily routine without even knowing it. I just don’t know .
Snap a shot of it to show your doctor
It is odd it would come and go in the same area. Yes you bruise easy and Mayb you did do something and not remember it.
See if others have advise.
I always say go to the md or call. Better to be safe.
Think you should see your doctor about this. If you cannot feel anything due to lack of sensation, then may be you need blood tests to see if there is anything you are taking is affecting you. Take care.
I can feel everything lol. It’s just unexplainable bruises that comes and go away on its own.
Do you think it is vitamin c and k deficiency? You could take a supplement of vitamin c of about 1000 grams with zinc in a drink throughout the day. You can't take too much vitamin c as it passes through the body after a few hours. Have found high doses of vitamin C can help bleeding gums within 24 hours. It is better for me than using products for gums which don't get to the root of the problem.
I just don’t know and have no idea.
Hi ehh22, being on Warfarin myself, I am always finding bruises of sorts.
2.2 is good. Do you have a Coumadin clinic where you have your INR done
that you can call? Since you just had your INR yesterday, did you by any chance
notice the bruise before you went. I know my nurse always asks if I have an
unusual bruising. Just wondering. Good Luck tomorrow in talking with the
Pharmacist. xx
Wow that's a proper bruise, just wondering if you may kick yourself in bed if having vivid dreams, I've been dreaming lately and waking up with bruises and nail marks in my skin, I'm not remembering the dreams but I know I'm doing it in my sleep as I woke myself up with me grasping my own arm with my nails embedded in my skin, I also have finger mark bruises.
I've noticed doing this since starting on anti depressants again. I know some anti depressants can cause vivid dreaming I had to stop taking amityrptaline due to the most vile dreams.
You could try one of those sleep app things that monitor your sleep or start recording if you start sleep talking.
