I woke up at 4:30 this morning crying. Now I am trying to push myself to get past the feelings I woke up with. I HAVE to go out today for therapy and an appointment with my psychiatrist. All I want to do is curl up. It's snowing and there is a nasty layer of ice under the snow. Since it will stay below freezing today I will need to have full concentration when I drive. Hate waking up this way and needed to vent. Hope all of you are having a better day than I am. HUGS!

Husband able to drive you?
We can be in the club together. Rough night for me, it’s rainy today and lack of sun is a mood and motivation killer. Ugh, it’s gonna be one of those days.
Try to take charge of the day and not let it take charge of you. Be safe driving, hope your therapy goes well. ❤️
Thanks. My husband works overnight and will be sleeping when I have to go. I will take charge of the day. After my appointments I can go straight home and stay there if I need to. Hope your day gets better.
It's so important to get to these appointments. But, not if you don't feel safe driving.
Allow yourself plenty of time and go slow.
If you feel it's too dangerous reschedule.
Thanks I will. I am taking the main roads through town and avoiding the highway. My car has all wheel drive and I grew up here so have lots of experience driving in the snow. Now that I think of it I got my driver's license in January. But if the roads are really bad I will be safe and reschedule. HUGS!
Is there anyone who can take you? That would be a huge help for you...
If not drive slow and breathe....put positive affirmations into your mind while going there...in the end it will be worth it for you...I'll be with you in spirit...may peace be with you...

Thanks. No one is able to take me but I've already decided to drive there through town instead of taking the highway. I will take lots of deep breaths along the way, turn the radio off and keep telling myself that I am safe and I can do this. HUGS!
A lot of times it's mind over matter..when push comes to shove it's amazing what you can do...and when you get through this ..take this positive experience with you the next time....it will do you good!

I find that I cry whenever I drink coffee!I wonder if you have a trigger like that. It was sunny when I got up and that helped me feel better today. Try to imagine a sunny day and stay away from coffee!
I hope it's not coffee! I am a coffee lover. I love my morning coffee. Everything about it is enjoyable. The smell, the warmth of the cup when you hold it and the taste. But you're suggestion was great. I will pay more attention to what I eat and drink to see if there is a connection. I was lucky yesterday. The sun came out here too and helped so much while I had to be out driving.
Hi there, how was your appt and the drive in the snow? I bet you made it and that shows you can do it, and more than you know. Trust yourself, your strength and don't give into fear, it is disabling and a liar. You are able, you are strong, you are winning! Also, something that will help lessen the fear and anxiety is taking a good multi with magnesium in it, that is calming to your mind body and spirit. Ginseng is great too to get rid of those sticky negative thoughts that loop around. Be blessed, write down your wins and ignore any negativity. Many blessings! =)
