Need help on what to do

i became very sensitive to stresses specially computer and phone arrays, cold air and lack of sleep. I lose my concentration feeling fatigue and tight in my head or head nerves all these symptoms came up after diagnosed with anxiety disorder in 2011. Now i totaly cant work with computers facing very hard and bainful time at work becuase my job is totally dependant on computers .i did MRI ,EEG anf blood test and all came clear

Please any advice and how to get evidence that i am having this issue

Hi

I have had the same with computers. I am over mine completely now so may be able to help a bit

Is it the same sort of symptoms you get when in front of a computer as before. What do you think trigger s it, is it for example associated with work pressure. Do you also get it on your lap top, tablet phone , when at home as well as at work etc
