Seeking help

I drove 6 hours to see my family for 4 days & i didn’t realize how much I’ve missed them. I just moved to a new town about 6 months ago & my anxiety/depression have been getting worse. I’m late to work, want to leave early because I can’t concentrate & I don’t want to associate with others. I go to the restroom & cry. I don’t feel myself. There’s days when I just wake up & just don’t want to do anything at all. I’m having this short temper over every small thing. I’m thinking of quitting my job & get help. Where can I get help?! Someone please.

Hi before we can offer help we need to know what country you live in as rules are different everywhere. x

Ok thanks. I am in the UK so can't offer any practical advice. Can you move back to be closer to your family as it sounds like you need some support. x
