One Day at a Time on Netflix

Anyone watching a comedy series One Day at a Time on Netflix? I really like it. Although I finished watching them all and I feel empty now. But my point is, there are an episode about anxiety and depression and those episodes give very good picture of how anxiety attack looks like (in a little bit of comedy way). Maybe if you want to show how anxiety looks like (in a simple way) to your support system, that could be an option to watch it. I don't have anyone to show it to, so I just want to share it to people.

Hi

Thanks for sharing.

I don’t often watch comedy but that series sounds good. Not sure why I don’t watch much in the way of comedy, think because I’ve always been into a good thriller or drama type thing...but never say never is what I say...I must give it a look. 😊

I know that feeling when you finish something you enjoy...hope you find something else soon you enjoy too ...

Good wishes 🌺🌺 xx

I’ll add it to my list! I’m really interested in how anxiety is depicted in media.

I'm happy to share. But there is only one episode about anxiety, mind you. There is another episode about depression.

Any recollection about which episode is about anxiety?

Season 3 episode Anxiety. I don't remember which one is about depression though because it doesn't titled "depression".
