Good Evening Everyone, I’m new to this group and I’m hoping to gain new insight, ideas, share and continue myself as a working progress. I’ve experienced a few things in my life such as anxiety, depression and now PTSD. I’m here because I chose to and I want to be part of a group that understand, care and not be selfish with what I’ve learned doing my healing process so maybe someone including myself will use the tools, resources, and no that there’s much to learn and grow from one another. Miracles of blessings to you all.
