Can you do at least one thing to change today?
Can you go for one walk that you normally wouldn't take?
Can you write a post that you normally would hesitate to write?
Can you call a friend/family member that you normally wouldn't vent to?
Can you change one meal from fast food to something healthier?
Can you throw away that soda in your hand?
Can you plan the trip you know you need?
Can you save $5.00?
Can you give yourself the supreme of baths?
Can you listen to a favorite song with your eyes closed?
Can you change the words "I can't" to "I can" for today?
So many times I feel as though there is nothing I can do to make myself feel better, when there really is. There is always at least one thing I can do. Those one things add up.
