Why when others express anger, it’s “healthy & constructive” or a natural reaction or honest expression... but when I express anger, it’s scary & misplaced & mis-worded or I’m told “you need help for your anger”.
Why is my anger wrong.
What makes my anger less than or scarier or not okay.
It doesn’t seem fair.

Hi what I will say is that anger has to be expressed in a socially acceptable way unless of course it's with your close family or friends. We are all entitled to be angry sometimes though with good reason. I use humour a lot to express my anger but am rarely annoyed enough to snap at others.
Hi make a list of things that make you angry, then see if you can find a common theme. It doesn't matter how long it is then study it carefully to see if you can identify what type of thing makes you most angry.
