Head shakes with heartbeat

So i started having anxiety over a year ago and my anxiety i health anxiety i notice little stuff in my body and lately when i lay down or sitting still i feel like my head or back shakes with my heart beat and before that i would feel internal tremors and got dizzy spells also over 10 months ago i had done echo and ecgs and they were normal and ecg has been done around 2 months back and the doctor said it was normal and just anxiety. Do any of you feel your head shakes or back shakes with each beat while laying down also i'm think and underweight

Yes! I immediately checked out this post because I definitely get head shakes randomly and at times weird dizzy spells.. I've never really addressed it. The head shakes, in particular, feel so odd to my body—almost like Parkinson's? I don't know what the cause could be or if it's just anxiety. For my part, I suffer from anxiety and depression and have been on Lexapro for some time, but still experience this. Hope things get better :o)
