Well I feel sweaty without actually sweating feel like I need to void my bowls feel sick feel generally unwell like malaise feeling. I had a huge panic attack last night which kept he up until 6 also very hot
You can get over it if you develop a plan. It's not going to be easy but the way you feel now is worse right?
I THINK WE ALL ASK THAT QUESTION, BUT REMEMBER THERE ARE BRIGHTER DAY AHEAD. BUT BELIEVE GOOD THINGS CAN COME OUT OF THIS IT DOES NOT SEEM LIKE IT NOW BUT IT WILL
