Some moments I’ll be ‘fine’, and the next moment, my entire world crashes down on me . My body feels heavy, I cry, I stop crying , I get upset, I get angry with so much rage and I cut myself . I hear constant negative and suicidal thoughts just racing through my head . If I grab a pencil, my hands race in the page jotting down everything I’m hearing inside of my head . When I’m doing “okay” , I try to meditate , do yoga and workout , read , create art. But I don’t stay “okay “ for long. It’s a constant back and forth between my head and things I can’t control in it . I’ve been trying to get help but I just got approved for insurance and I just got a full time job starting tomorrow and I won’t be able to talk to someone for awhile because I’ll be too busy. So sick of life , sick of everything and this played out game .

Feel like I’m going crazy
Please be kind to yourself. You are not alone in this battle, for now distract yourself. Sending you virtual hugs! xoxo.
If you are feeling sad or or a big change and emotion constantly I would see a psychiatrist
See if you have any sick time that you can take at your new job to see a doctor. It seems like you have some great coping strategies of yoga, meditation, reading, creating art and journaling. Try to use those resources more often. Use what you learned in meditation in times of stress.
Be gentle with yourself, you are doing the best you can. Virtual hugs!!!
I wish I could help you; however, I'm pretty depressed too. Please know someone is thinking about you, bnee110.
Know that you are not alone. I am glad that at times things like workouts, yoga, and art are helpful for you. I and many others know what it feels like to be overwhelmed. I am glad that you are seeking help. May I ask what kind of help you have been seeking? A licensed counselor or therapist may be the best able to help you. Many will do their best to accommodate your busy schedule. In times of crisis, know that you can text the crisis text line 741741, call the suicide prevention line, or stop by a local hospital. Here are some additional resources that may be helpful for you as well. list.ly/list/1SAk-when-your... and list.ly/list/1CE4-looking-u.... Hope that helps!
