Ive had panic attacks since school age. I do suffer with anxiety and depression. Ive never taken tablets to help before, as never been to drs about it. Im feeling really depressed, and anxious, and was wandering do pills help? Coz of my panic episodes, i find seeking help a problem, as i panic going to drs. Coz im not ill as such, i feel bad going there. Anyone else like this

Hi I am a bit surprised by your post as you said a month ago you have been put on ametrypline for anxiety and depression! Aren't they helping you?

Depression and anxiety are serious illnesses so you are ill; in fact they are the number 2 reason we visit the doctors. Bad backs are number 1. x
