Just wondering if you feel the same way i notice that i often forgot or do not know how to breath normally? Like should i inhale or exhale through my nose or my mouth. I notice myself easily get tired or feel weak and uncomfortable stomach. Also i have not been doing alot of exercise or activities because of my anxiety im scared of getting panic attacked so every time i walk fast, dance or do some fast movement i get scared coz i would feel nervousness coz i feel something on my chest or my hear beats fast and etc. Omg. I just want my life back.

Me to.seems like when I quit exercising. It came back with a vengeance
Yes.i think the gym helped us
All our gyms are closed
what has worked for me is the second I get up I force myself to do a minimum 30min cardio or yoga especially with the gyms being closed. Make a couple workout friends that will hold you accountable pull up a zoom meeting whatever it takes to get moving.
You don't need to remember to breathe as your body this automatically. When exercising etc. It's normal for your heart to beat faster. This is very good for it as you need to use it or lose it. Stop overthinking it.
Breathing should not have to be forced or something you ever think about. You mention the word suddenly as if this something very new, are you having anxiety/panic attacks? If so is something triggering that?
Anxiety can cause us to react to many physical symptoms, It can cause us to stay hyper focused on those symptoms and actually make those worse. Find your anxiety triggers, learn to manage those.
You sound like maybe young, in any case exercise is the best thing we can do for our cardiovascular health. Lungs and heart health improve overall with better energy levels, better breathing and oxygen capabilities not the other way around.
Hi! Hyperfocusing on bodily functions that are normally automatic is a thing - I can't remember the name of it right now but I have done the same thing with blinking my eyes. I just did a guided meditation for panic that reminded me that YOUR BODY KNOWS HOW TO BREATHE AUTOMATICALLY. You can recognize this as a sign of high anxiety and know that it will pass. The thing I've been taught to do is lean into it a little bit; recognize that fighting the anxiety is actually the thing that makes it worse!
