So as I was picking up my stuff and putting what’s needs to be washed in the laundry bag to the side, I began to see the pile it began to trigger my panic attack and anxiety even to the point where I’m even having difficulty to write grammatically correct and even my spelling is off.
Does anyone else get like this or get triggered to this point? Now not being able to write or spell this is new I’ve never experienced this at all, Thank goodness for autocorrect because if it wasn’t for it this wouldn’t be making any sense at all. Besides the fact that I’ve had to reread and correct this about twice at the moment.

I find anxiety can be so strong sometimes over some things it can have all sorts of symptoms...I go blank if I’m real anxious totally can’t do a thing...it’s like freezing on the spot...
Wonder what it was about the pile of washing that triggered you, I guess it can be so many things really....I get anxious if there is a lot to do of something, I want to get whatever it is done and I can panicky when I feel like that...
Thank you ! I had gotten triggered before twice over the garbage being so full and my therapist said that the garbage represented about taking on too much and everything in my life over flowing and being the fact that the garbage triggered a massive panic attack twice, I’m just trying to straighten out a few things in my life and maybe the laundry represented that but it’s too much to do so all in one shot.
