Should you go for what you want even if it might be rough at times or should you stay in your comfort zone...I want a change in my life I'm tired of taking the "safe" road I want to actually live my life and not look back 20 years from now and regret that I never lived the way I truly wanted to...would you take the chance and put it all on the line for your happiness or would you stay in your so called comfort "box"?

Change
Take the chance. Living is all about taking risks for the sake of fulfilling our greatest potential.
Well if you don't change nothing will change. Instead of making one giant leap though concentrate on small changes and work up to bigger ones gradually. Slow and easy is the key.
Identify what you need in your life (and don't need) then set out to get it. x
You only live once as far as I'm aware, so why live with regret later? Regret surely is accompanied by depression which won't help. I think the best exercise is exposure in small doses....work yourself towards making the leaps in life you want to make. Sitting in your comfort zone doesn't just impact your goals in life, it also hinders you from making progress with anxiety, depression, and panic. For the sake of your life goals, no regrets, and your own mental health...I'd highly recommend taking the turn towards No Regretsville and do the best that you can while enjoying all that you take in.
Go for it!! Doing the same thing gets the same results. Good luck!!
Change isn't easy; what's easy is sticking with what you know. I think this is one way depression can easily sink in. Many people do not change their ways, which leads to boredom, not fulfilling any purpose ( destined or not destined, give or take), and if you're unhappy with your situation now, not changing certainly won't change that situation. The thing, though, is that pursuing change is easier said than done. For me, I always think I can change, but with the luck I've had in the past, I always assume that change won't be in my favor.
Progress happens outside of your comfort zone. Take some calculated risks and make moves you would not regularly make. I say go for it.
It kind of sounds like you answered your own question. The comfort box, while comfortable, can be full of regrets later on. Better to try and see what happens, than to dream and regret what could have been. Do it responsibly, using the best information you can. That said, go for it! Good luck!!!
