Cant swallow?

Anyone else is it hard for them to swallow sometimes?

Yep. I've had that symptom. Usually along with the 'lump in the throat' sensation.

Those two symptoms are my biggest ones right now. I feel like I can never take a full fresh breath. When I focus on it too much that's when the other symptoms start to kick in, this is where the distractions really help.

Just remember: it's not a REAL or DANGEROUS lack of oxygen you're experiencing and it won't hurt you. I've had to tell myself this many many times - it's finally sinking in, but I still do not like the symptoms AT ALL.

So how do you deal with this? I have been told to do a distraction, like shuffle your feet or adjust how you are sitting. Sometimes it works or times it's not possible.

Distractions are good. They sometimes don't work depending how bad I am

Yes! Panic attack led to hyperventilating and trying to swallow through both of those episodes was literally so fkn difficult!
