I'm feeling down today. I'm still in bed. I cried for no reason earlier. I just do not know any more. I guess I'll write for a bit. Sometimes I feel like I do things to cope but it's just a bandage covering it all up.

Arise, get ready, go outdoors and let the warmth of the Sun embrace you. Enjoy the beauty of green leaves against a clear blue sky. Listen for the song of the birds, the rustle of foliage in a gentle breeze.
This is nature's anti-depressant. It costs nothing and there are no uncomfortable side effects. Enjoy!

Music is one of the few emotional outlets I have, it inspires me to write all the time.

Life is beautiful because you are experiencing it. Let your thoughts from your pain subside and remember that in this moment, you are okay. Crying is an awesome way of your body relieving your mind of inner pain/trauma.
In addition to your poem writing, write down 5 things that you are grateful for: your mind will tell you that you aren’t grateful for anything but think super simple. Sometimes I’ll remind myself that I’m grateful for:
1) having the ability to breathe;
2) having the ability to see;
3) having the access to apps like this one with awesome like-minded people dealing with similar issues = YOU ARE NOT ALONE;
4) having the ability to feel emotion, regardless of where it comes from, it shows us that we are alive;
5) you have the ability to witness your mind and help your ego heal. You are not your thoughts.
